If you are reading this, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read and connect with me.
I love to share about themes that I see running through my daily client calls. It fascinates me that they don’t know each other, but often times there are similarities in what we are coaching around.
Currently I am seeing this common thread…
My clients have created lives and businesses that are larger than their capacity to handle them. Hustle, focus and grit got them where they are today, and they are literally struggling to meet the day to day responsibilities of what they have created.
They are finding that they have the marketing plan in place and the strategy laid out for the next level of their growth, but that isn’t the issue. The issue is, their personal CAPACITY can’t keep up with their creation, so they are continually over promising and under delivering .
The overwhelm has a huge cost on the quality of their life:
* Physical and mental exhaustion.
*No boundaries with clients and family…yes yes yes.
*Self esteem issues from NOT keeping their word, to themselves or others..
*Clutter at home and at work(don’t discount the cost of this one).
*Stop growing and selling because its all too much!
These are just a few of the costs of what can happen when you create something that you are not prepared to manage.
Fortunately there is a way to increase your capacity for MORE. If you know me then you know I do the deep work in coaching, that is always where the answer lies.
If you are not prepared to go there, here are a few things that can get you on the road out of overwhelm by increasing your personal capacity.
1) Tighten up your boundaries with family and clients.
2) NO is a complete sentence, practice using it.
3) Get comfortable being uncomfortable, I find it takes practice.
4) Get rid of the clutter, clutter blocks next level growth every time.
Have a great week! Here’s to you growing your container for goodness.
